Store is amazing. The people their that run it are friendly and always get what i need. Unlike the bloom in Evergreen. That one should be shut down or learn how to do better customer service.

Great customer service. All the staff is wonderful. Thank you Emma for going above and beyond. One thing I really appreciate is they know my medical needs. I can find all of my high quality products (Groove & Highroads) that best help with my medical conditions in one place. Decent prices too. They also have some great edibles by Bloom if you need a decent rest, the caramels and the rice crispy have been very helpful but give yourself at least 8 hours, pending on your tolerance.I appreciate you guys!

Love this establishment!! Best chocolates I’ve ever had!! Plus the people are super awesome to talk to and helpful!! Thanks y’all

Awesome service. Had a specific strain I’ve been looking for for a while, they were out in Kalispell, but Carl was able to hold some for me until I was able to make my way out. Great product

Arrived in Columbia Falls last night for a week of vacation and went straight to Bloom. Lots of happy customers inside & the employees on hand all greeted, informed and accommodated cheerfully. Despite being busy, the girl helping my selection assured me to ask every question and made sure I didn’t feel rushed. The daily deals every week have me ready to go back again today! I love this place, see you guys soon 🙂
